This pattern is called Wiltshire and the colour reference is J. This tie is a very popular design and goes well with a blue shirt.
Having made exclusively neckties for a number of years, I decided to add bow ties to my stock. They are in great demand.
To match the ties, you can now purchase large handkerchief squares. They make excellent gifts to complement the ties. £10 each.
Kate’s pricing policy is very simple. Each tie costs £40.00. Postage and packing costs £3.50. If you order three ties or more, then postage is FREE.
The width of the neck ties at the widest part measures approx 2.5 inches. The length of the ties is 57 inches approx.
I started making Liberty print ties for my husband. His old ones from Libertys were wearing out, or had worn out, and Libertys no longer made ties in Tana Lawn cotton. I remembered my Granny in the sixties making ties for the men in her life, so I thought I’d give it a go.
One Christmas I made ties for my husband, my sons, my brother, and brother-in-law. They all reported back that whenever they wore them, they always received compliments and were asked where the ties came from.
Next I made a few to sell to friends. Then I did some house sales. The ties proved very popular with young and old alike. I hope you like them too. I use Liberty print Tana Lawn cotton. All ties are made in the traditional way with fabric cut on the cross. The ties are lined and interlined.
All the ties are handmade and hand stitched by me. The width at the widest part measures approx 2.5 inches. The length of the ties is 57 inches approx. Each tie comes in a small Liberty print cotton bag. Please be aware: Dry clean only.

Kate lives in London and makes her ties at home. When not in the capital, she retreats to South Cumbria to relax. Though the social life up North is, believe it or not, quite hectic!
